Storage

• NOVA casings should be stored in a sealed plastic bag protected from dust, moisture and direct sunlight at 10-25°C/50-77°F.

Stuffing

• By hand or machine

• Dry or soaked. If soaked, keep the casing in cold (<25°C/77°F) water for at least 20 minutes and make sure the whole casing is soaked.
