Benefits of VISKO Nova Smoke S

• A smokable casing made of a special plastic material that allows smoke to penetrate through it

• A mono-layer shrinkable casing

• Recommended for cooked, smoked and cold-smoked products, e.g. teewurst and mettwurst

Storage

• NOVA casings should be stored in a sealed plastic bag protected from dust, moisture and direct sunlight at 10-25°C/50-77°F.

Stuffing

• Dry or soaked. If soaked, keep the casing in cold (<25°C/77°F) water for at least 10 minutes and make sure the whole casing is soaked.

• Stuff to RSD (recommended stuffing diameter).

• Do not understuff.
